BELLA VISTA, Ark. (November 28, 2016) – Linda Woollett has retired after more than 9 years as Marketing Director at Concordia Retirement Village.

Woollett was hired at Concordia in October, 2007, and her last day at Concordia was November 25.

“Before joining the Concordia team, I got my Arkansas real estate license just as the real estate market began to take a downturn. I looked for something that would allow me to use my sales skills and came across an ad in the newspaper for Concordia’s marketing director. When I was hired, I didn’t expect to love the people and the community as much as I do,” Woollett said.

“These last several years have truly been one of the greatest highlights of my life. Both the employees and residents at Concordia hold a very special place in my heart. I will never forget the relationships that I’ve established from my time at Concordia,” Woollett said.

Woollett and her husband moved from Costa Rica to Bella Vista so they could be closer to their son. “I am very excited about being able to spend more time with my family; especially my 4-year-old grandson!” Woollett said.

“The residents at Concordia have taught me how to truly live an exciting retirement. I just hope I have as much fun in my retirement as I see our residents having on a daily basis. I will probably take up yoga, and may even write a book,” Woollett said.

“While we are saddened to see Linda go, we are thrilled for her to enter a new phase of life. We thank her greatly for serving so well for many years,” Bryan Cook, Chief Operating Officer of Legacy Senior Living, management company of Concordia Retirement, said.
